I love pendant jewelry. My grandmother had an amber pendant that she would sometimes let me wear. As a wedding present, my grandmother gave me a number of beautiful items from her jewelry box. Among them was the amber pendant I so coveted as a child. That was my start as a serious collector. I very, very rarely regret a purchase. I simply look for pieces that are beautiful to look at and clearly exhibit excellent craftsmanship. Even with my worst choices, it’s not been so bad. Once in a while I’ll overpay for a pendant jewelry piece, but that’s never prevented me from finding another buyer who is willing to acquire my “on second thoughts”.
